BSSP offers secure online bill payment through our third-party payment processor, Converge.

Converge provides a secure platform for processing credit card payments. A 3.5% processing fee will be added to each transaction. This fee is charged by the payment processor and is non-refundable.

• Name of retiree or COBRA beneficiary.

• Set up a bill-pay through your bank:

  • Payment date:  Checks must be postmarked by the 10th of the month to avoid a late fee
