Due to a significant increase in the number of missed appointments at the Health and Wellness Centers (HWCs), a $25 No-Show Fee will be implemented starting May 1, 2025. This fee will apply regardless of the patient’s regular copayment.

Each day, HWCs are forced to redirect patients to other facilities because of fully booked schedules—only to later experience multiple no-shows. These missed appointments limit access to care for other patients in need.

To help maximize the effectiveness of the HWCs and ensure timely care for all, please notify the HWC as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. This allows your time slot to be offered to another patient.
