BSSP's free seasonal flu and COVID 19 vaccination events are open for scheduling your appointment!
Who is eligible?
Seasonal Flu (age 3 and up)
- All employees, regardless of medical coverage
- All retirees covered by a BSSP+SISC medical plan or Medicare
- All family members covered by a BSSP+SISC medical plan or Medicare
COVID (age 12 and up)
- Anyone covered by a BSSP+SISC medical plan (insurance card required) or Medicare

- When making your appointment, be sure to schedule a separate appointment for each family member.
- To expedite your appointment, complete the highlighted sections of the consent form below and bring it with you to your appointment.

Don't worry... the BSSP events are not your only option! You may visit any retail pharmacy, except Walgreen's, offering the vaccines. No coupon is necessary - just show them your Anthem ID card and tell the pharmacy to bill it under your prescription benefit with Navitus.
