Enter your Registration Key: SISC2024 and click the Register Now button
Provide information as prompted to complete the registration process
In the Wellness Screening section, you may select the most convenient option for you:
- At a Quest Patient Service Center, OR
- Onsite Event at Your School District
  - BCOE's deRoco Conference Room
  - BSSP's office in Chico
  - BSSP Oroville Health and Wellness Center
- Please note the portal lists other school locations for which BSSP members are not eligible
Select your preferred date from the options listed in bold, then the time you'd like.
Click the Confirm button. Your appointment is not scheduled until you click Confirm.
