In 2024 BSSP's free Health Screenings (formerly Health Risk Assessments) are offered through a trial partnership with SISC and Quest Diagnostics. Currently these events are limited to active employees and the spouse/children age 18 and over of active employees enrolled in a SISC+BSSP Medical Plan. 

Total cholesterol, HDL, blood pressure, pulse, blood glucose, body mass index, and other key biometrics will be checked. The screening will take about 15 minutes and is confidential and protected by HIPAA privacy laws.

An appointment is required for participation. Walk-in appointments will not be available. 

Create your account and make an appointment by following the instructions below:

• Visit my.questforhealth.com (corrected link)
• Enter your Registration Key: SISC2024 and click the Register Now button
• Provide information as prompted to complete the registration process
• In the Wellness Screening section, you may select the most convenient option for you:
  • At a Quest Patient Service Center, OR
  • Onsite Events:
    • BCOE's deRoco Conference Room
    • BSSP's office in Chico
    • BSSP Oroville Health and Wellness Center  
  • Please note the portal lists other school locations for which BSSP members are not eligible
• Select your preferred date from the options listed in bold, then the time you'd like.  
• Click the Confirm button. Your appointment is not scheduled until you click Confirm.

Once your Health Screening appointment is completed, you will receive a $25 Amazon award via email within 30 days. Once claimed, Amazon Gift Codes never expire and can be used for anything available on Amazon.com.
