Scope of Services

Our staff at the Health & Wellness Centers take pride in the care they give to our patients. There are certain conditions that are outside the scope of what the Health and Wellness Center providers can treat at our offices, such as chest pain, signs of a stroke, and severe shortness of breath.

Please heed the advice of our staff when they direct you to the Emergency Room. They are committed to your health and want to ensure you receive the proper level of care for your medical condition.

$25 No-Show Charge Reminder

We strive to accommodate appointments as soon as the schedule allows. Unfortunately, when patients don't come to their scheduled appointment, it becomes a missed opportunity to serve another patient. Therefore, we are reinstating the $25 no-show charge effective immediately.

Please contact the office as soon as you know you are unable to keep your appointment so we can accommodate your peers.

It's Respiratory Illness Season -- Time to Mask at the HWCs

To protect the health of our staff, we kindly ask you to wear a mask if you are being seen in-person for a respiratory illness at the Health and Wellness Centers. If you don't have a mask, we are happy to provide you with one.

Prefer not to wear a mask? We are happy to update your appointment to a telephone visit.
